Dear customer,

thanks for your visit. We are taking this opportunity to update you regarding how company Patrini is managing the Corona virus emergency. In spite of recent very strict measures, at present we have no concrete consequences.

 First of all, our staff is present and active in full. Production is running as planned.

 Members of our team who use to work from home will continue their activity and have no meetings in person, both in the company and at customer premises. We’ll evaluate technical-commercial critical situations on a case by case base and we’ll act accordingly.

Regarding purchase of raw material and semi-finished products, we’ve already increased our stock to prevent possible deliveries slow down. We are also in steady contact with our strategic suppliers i.e. of metal parts and rubber.

All our suppliers are located in Italy and are active and their stocks are enough to guarantee regular supplies. Possible critical situations will be promptly reported as to safeguard our customers.

As stated in the Government decree, forwarders can travel and they are regularly picking-up and delivering to our warehouse.

 As far as steps taken to avoid virus diffusion is concerned, further to application of prevention measures recommended by Health Ministry, we have taken the following internal actions:

  • we have delayed visits by customers and suppliers to a date to be set. In most cases we changed them into phone or video calls
  • in the load/unload area of our warehouse, our staff has been equipped with gloves and masks to avoid contacts with external people. Also, drivers are not allowed in the plant
  • during coffee breaks and lunch groups have been banned in the canteen
  • internal meetings are held in such a way as to avoid to have many people in the same room
